代谢综合征病人对出院健康小处方依从性分析及护理干预

摘　　要：目的:了解代谢综合征病人出院后饮食控制、增强运动等方面的依从性,评估护理干预措施对延缓MS心脑血管疾病病程的影响。方法:采用自行设计评价标准,出院后每个月电话随访,三个月后监测指标并进行问卷调查,分析76例MS病人健康小处方的依从相关问题,根据依从性差的原因进一步制定强化干预措施。结果:26例病人依从性好(占34%),55例病人依从性差(占66%)。其中9例病人出院后未改变任何生活方式。76例病人出院三个月后监测指标结果显示评分>12分者体重、血压、血糖、血脂控制满意度明显好于评分<12分者。(P分别为0.022、0.0410、0430、0.039)。结论:MS病人健康小处方的依从性与自身对疾病的认识、心理状态、临床症状的轻重、家族社会的支持以及医务人员的健康宣教和出院随访有关。有效的护理干预措施对提高健康宣教依从性具有积极影响。Objective： To study the compliance of diet control and more sports ability for the patients with metabolism syndrome （MS） who have been discharged from hospital, as well as evaluate impact of measure of the nursing interventions on slowing the MS cardiovascular diseases. Method： 30 months after the discharge, the health status of metabolism syndrome in 76 patients were investigated by using self--designed evaluation standard. The patients with poor compliance were conducted an questionnaire investigation. Result： 26 patients had good compliance （34%）, 55 patients had bad compliance （66%）, and other 9 patients never improved any life style who have been discharged from hospital. After 3-month monitoring of 76 patients who have been discharged from hospital, we found that the ones with a score higher than 12 points have a much more satisfied set of results on controlling body weight, blood pressure, blood sugar, and blood fat than the ones with a score lower than 12 points. （P was 0. 022,0. 0410,0430,0. 039 respectively） . Conclusion： The compliance of health tips to the MS patients is related to the self knowledge of the disease, mental status; the elinical symptoms, family ; social support, and the visit and communications from the medical professionals. Nursing interventions has a positive impact on increasing the dependence of public health communications.
