摘 要:研究了1.1kW永磁往复发电机稳态运行时电机内部的发热机理和温度场分布情况。基于有限元法计算了电机稳态运行时电机内的发热源和各部位表面散热系数,计算出定子与线圈的温升分布,找出电机内的最高发热部位,并将计算值与实验值进行比较,验证了求解的正确性。In this paper,the heat generating principle and temperature field distribution of a 1.1kW PM reciprocating generator operating at steady state are researched.First the heat source and surface heat transfer coefficients of generator at various positions were calculated based on finite element method,the distribution of the stator and coil's temperature rise was calculated,and then the hottest position of generator was found out.By a comparison between the calculation result and test result,it is proved that the solution is correct.
