统计过程控制在铝电解生产中的应用研究

摘　　要：为了减小铝电解生产中测量系统的误差,发现其过程参数发生的异常,将统计过程控制引入到铝电解生产中,实现了一个面向铝电解生产的统计过程控制系统。依据测量数据找出生产过程的异常数据,提出改进方法,并对改进的测量系统进行检验。该系统在东方希望包头稀土铝业有限责任公司实际应用表明,统计过程控制系统能有效地帮助铝电解工艺人员发现异常数据,纠正生产过程的测量系统误差,保持工艺参数的稳定,降低能耗。In order to reduce the measurement system deviation in aluminum electrolysis production,and detect the abnormity of process parameters,this paper proposes to introduce statistical process control（SPC）into aluminum electrolysis production.The procedure to develop the statistical process control system for aluminum electrolysis is presented.The system detects the abnormity of production process based on measurement data.An improved approach for remedying aluminum level measurement is proposed and the corresponding measurement system is tested.Practical application of the SPC system in East Hope Baotou Rare Earth Aluminum Co.,Ltd.shows that the system can effectively help the process technicians to find abnormal data,correct the measurement system of production process,and thus to maintain the stability of process parameters and reduce energy consumption.
