摘　　要：介绍安阳钢铁股份有限公司第二炼轧厂150t转炉煤气回收自动控制系统,包括系统组成、功能和技术特点。对转炉冶炼产生的煤气进行回收利用是安钢第二炼轧厂推行低成本运行的一项重要举措,也是能源综合利用和缓解环境污染的重要途径,更是保证"负能炼钢"实现的重要基础。自转炉煤气回收系统全面投入使用以来,从运行情况看,风机从连锁保护到自动升降速,转炉煤气从自动分析到自动回收和放散点火,完全实现了自动化生产。目前,转炉煤气吨钢回收量最高可达到124m3,平均吨钢回收量也保持在90m3以上。Gas recovery automatic control system for 150 t converter of the Second Steelmaking Rolling Plant in Anyang Iron Steel Co.,Ltd.is introduced,including system composition,functions and techinical characters.Recovery and use of coal gas produced in converter smelting process is an important measure in low-cost operation,an important way of energy comprehensive utilization and reducing environment pollution,and is also an important foundation to achieve ＂negative energy steelmaking＂in the Second Steelmaking Rolling Plant.Since converter gas recovery system was fully put into operation,automation production has been achieved,including interlocking protection,automatic acceleration and deceleration of fans,as well as automatic analysis,recovery and ignition of converter gas.At present,maximum recovery volume of converter gas per ton steel is 124 m^3,and average recovery volume is 90 m^3 and more.
