摘 要:采用氯化钙改性凹凸棒,并对其进行了透射电镜、红外光谱分析。用改性后的凹凸棒泥浆处理亚甲基蓝废水,讨论了动力学和热力学吸附性质。结果表明:(1)利用氯化钙改性凹凸棒,泥浆粘度在21Pa.s条件下对亚甲基蓝废水的吸附动力学和热力学性质进行了研究。在研究范围内,改性凹凸棒泥浆对亚甲基蓝的吸附符合准二级反应动力学方程,并且Langmuir等温方程能更好地描述吸附过程。(2)改性凹凸棒泥浆对亚甲基蓝的平衡吸附量随亚甲基蓝初始浓度的增加而增大,随pH的增大而减小。(3)改性凹凸棒泥浆对亚甲基蓝主要以表面吸附为主。ΔG0<0、ΔH0<0表明吸附过程可以自发进行,并且为放热反应。ΔS0<0意味着随温度的增加,改性凹凸棒泥浆对亚甲基蓝的吸附趋于有序性。The calcium chloride modified attapulgite clay was prepared in the lab and its surface properties were characterized by TEM and IR spectra. The batch removal of methylene blue from aqueous solution by adsorption on calcium chloride modified attapulgite clay were investigated to determine the effects of adsorption treatment conditions (initial dye concentration,pH,rotate-speed) on the adsorptive capacity for the dye,the dynamics and thermodynamics for the adsorption process were studied. Results showed that the dynamic adsorption capacity data were well described by the pseudo second order reaction rate model. The Langmuir isotherm model fitted the experimental data obtained at 293 K to 323 K better than Freundlich isotherm model. The adsorption of methylene blue was a spontaneous,exothermic and order-producing process for ΔG0,ΔH0 and ΔS0 were negative for all test runs.
