宫颈癌介入手术病人围手术期护理需求调查

摘　　要：目的初步探讨宫颈癌介入手术病人围手术期护理需求规律。方法采用问卷调查方法,随机抽取96例宫颈癌介入手术病人进行围手术期的护理需求调查。结果宫颈癌病人围手术期护理需求为:介入术前为了解手术医生和护士的技术情况,了解手术的方式;进入手术室前为稳定情绪;术后1～4d为及时解除疼痛、消化道等症状,了解手术是否成功;出院当天为了解出院后治疗、护理措施。结论护士应了解宫颈癌介入手术围手术期健康教育的需求规律,制定和实施一套满足病人不同阶段需求的护理工作制度,做好心理护理和健康教育工作。Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing need in patients undergoing intervention therapy for cervical cancer. Methods A questionnaire was used to survey the requirements of nursing care at perioperation in 96 patients who received intervention therapy for cervical cancer. Results Their perioperative requirements were： preoperatively, understanding the skill of doctors and nurses concerned and the procedure; before entering operating room, stabilization of emotion; postopera tively, prompt relief of pain and gastrointestinal symptoms one to four days after the procedure, getting an idea of whether the therapy was successful; on discharge, getting the message about post-discharge treatment and care. Conclusion Nurses should know the rules of demand of perioperative health education in patients undergoing intervention therapy for cervical cancer, and formulate and enforce a nursing system that meets the needs of patients at different stages in carrying out mental nursing and health education.
