安抚与触摸护理在眼科手术中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨安抚与触摸护理对眼科手术病人应激反应的影响。方法将100例眼科手术病人随机分为实验组和对照组各50例。在手术过程中,对照组实施一般常规护理,实验组进行了安抚与触摸的护理干预。观察记录手术前、后两组病人血压、心率的变化及病人自我感知舒适度和疼痛程度的情况;调查手术病人对安抚与触摸护理满意度。结果实验组病人收缩压差值和心率差值明显低于对照组(t=19.38、12.91,P<0.01),自我感知舒适度改善(u=7.38,P<0.05)。实验组病人对安抚与触摸护理满意度高。结论安抚与触摸护理的实施,对眼科手术中稳定病人的生理指标、降低心理压力、减轻手术应激反应起到了积极作用,有利于病人的手术配合和提高手术舒适度。Objective To investigate the effect of soothing and touching care on stress reaction in patients undergoing operation for eye conditions. Methods This study included 100 patients undergoing ophthalmologic surgery, who were equally randomized to two groups： trial and control. During surgical procedures, the patients in trial group were offered soothing and touching care. and those in the control, conventional nursing only was given. The blood pressure, heart rate and degree of comfort and pain were observed and recorded pr-and post-operatively. Results Changes of systolic pressure and heart rate of patients in trial group were significantly smaller than those of the control group （t= 19.38,12.91 ;P〈0.01）, and that of self-perceived comfort improved, being much satisfaction with the soothing and touching nursing （u= 7.38, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The practice of nursing via soothing and touching in eye surgery plays an active role in stabilizing the patients＇ physiological indices, lowering mental stress and relieving surgical alarm reaction, which is helpful to the patients＇ cooperation with surgery and improves the degree of comfort.
