摘 要:目的探讨磁场和超声波联用对骨折愈合的影响。方法健康新西兰兔40只,于右桡骨中段制备长3mm的骨缺损模型,随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组每日接受超声波刺激及磁片贴服;对照组不给予任何药物。每组均于术后1、2、3、4周4个时间点采用X线片、苏木精-伊红(HE)染色观察骨折愈合情况;用地衣红染色观察胶原纤维的含量。结果 X线片显示实验组同时相骨折愈合较对照组提前;HE染色显示,实验组血肿机化提前;地衣红染色显示实验组在术后1、2周骨折端中胶原纤维含量均较对照组明显增高(t=4.25、3.66,P<0.05)。结论磁场和超声波联用能促进骨折的愈合,其机制与其促进血液循环、加速血肿机化和早期增加胶原纤维含量有关。Objective To explore the effect of combination of magnetic field and ultrasound on the healing of fracture. Methods A model of 3 mm-bone-defect on the middle segment of radius was created in 40 healthy New Zealand rabbits. They were randomly divided into two groups. For those in experiment group, magnetic splint and ultrasound exposure were given daily; those in control group, received no any medication. The union of fracture was observed by X-ray and histological method (HE strain) 1, 2, 3 and 4 weeks, respectively, after the fracture. Oreein strain was used to demonstrate the collagen content. Results The X- ray demonstrated that healing of the fracture in experiment group was faster than that of the control, the collagen contents in the fracture of the experiment group at the intervals of 1 and 2 weeks were significantly higher than the control (t=4.25,3.66;P〈0.01). Conclusion Combined therapy by using magnetic field and ultrasound can advance fracture healing, its mechanism is associated with promoting blood circulation, accelerating organization of hematoma and increasing the content of collagen fibers in the early stage.
