中西医结合治疗甲型H1N1流感63例

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合方法治疗甲型H1N1流感的临床疗效。方法对临床确诊的63例甲型H1N1流感患者,在西医治疗(包括奥司他韦、抗生素)基础上,予中药热毒清口服液治疗。结果患者所有临床症状与体征均得到治愈,平均治愈时间为1.5 d。结论中西医结合治疗甲型H1N1流感具有较好的临床疗效,且安全可靠。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of integrative traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of H1N1 influenza A.Methods Sixty-three patients clinically diagnosed as H1N1 influenza A were treated with Reduqing Oral Liquid（a traditional Chinese prescription for heat-clearing and detoxicating） on the basis of western treatments（including Oseltamivir and antibiotics）.Results All symptoms and signs were cured in 63 patients,the average recovery time was 1.5 days.Conclusion Integrative traditional Chinese and western medicine has a good effect for H1N1 influenza A,and it is safe and reliable.
