摘  要:基于浮法玻璃工艺理论及实际工况,建立了锡槽内玻璃带的数学模型,利用ANSYS软件模拟研究不同工况条件下650 t/d级生产线中锡槽内玻璃带温度场。结果表明,该生产线4 mm厚度玻璃带温降平稳,能保障成形质量。在生产总量固定的前提下,与玻璃厚度成反比的拉引速度是影响玻璃带温度场变化的关键因素,因此应分配厚度跨度较小的玻璃生产任务以控制拉引速度在合理范围内。Based on the theory of float glass technique and actual production line,a mathematical model of float glass in tin bath was established.Temperature fields of float glass in tin bath which was under the different operating mode conditions in the 650t/d level production line was simulated using finite element analysis tool-ANSYS.The results of the study indicated that the temperature decline speed of 4mm thickness glass was even in the special production line,and this was beneficial to quality of glass.The draught speed,which was inversely proportional to the thickness of glass under the premise of fixed total production,was the key factor which influenced the temperature field.In order to guarantee the quality,a signal production line should undertake production task in a small thickness scope to control the speed in a reasonable range.
