雪莲果根腐病菌生物学特性初步研究

摘　　要：设置不同培养基、不同温度、pH值和光照条件对雪莲果根腐病病原菌进行了生物学特性的初步研究。结果表明：雪莲果根腐病菌的最适培养基为PDA,菌丝最适生长温度为20~25℃,最佳pH为6~7,光照对菌丝生长影响不大。The biological characteristics of root rot from Yacon was studied under the different culture medium,temperature,pH values and illumination.The results showed that the PDA was the optimum culture medium,the pathogenicbacteria of root rot from Yacon could grow well under 20～25℃ and its pH was 6～7,and the illumination affected the hypha growth less.
