摘 要:以3种薄膜为试材,研究其直角抗撕裂性能。结果表明:PETP、PVC、PE薄膜的直角抗撕裂性能中屈服强度都随着试验速度的增大而呈曲线上升;PETP薄膜横向和纵向的屈服点占峰值的百分比要比相同厚度PVC、PE薄膜小15%左右,但PETP薄膜横向和纵向屈服力要比相同厚度PVC、PE薄膜的大6 N以上,PETP薄膜的直角抗撕裂性能无论是从峰值还是屈服点来看都比PVC、PE薄膜要好的多。Taking 3 thin films as test material,the it's right angle tear resistance were studied.The results showed that the yield strength of PETP,PVC,PE films' right-angle tear resistances were increasing with the increasing test speed,until up and equal to the ultimate strength.Compared with PVC,PE films of the same thickness,PETP film's horizontal and vertical yield points' percentage of total peak was low 15%,but the force corresponds to yield point of PETP film was greater than others about 6 N at least.The results proved that,the right-angle tear resistance of PETP Film were better the PVC,PE films.
