百合远缘杂交种组培诱导及增大鳞茎的研究

摘  要:以东方百合‘Siberia’与新铁炮百合‘Sayaka’远缘杂交种的组培苗为试材,用正交实验方法筛选出最适合该组培苗诱导鳞茎培养基,并进一步研究不同浓度的JA、ABA对鳞茎增大的影响。结果表明:MS+0.2 mg/L 6-BA+0.06 mg/L NAA+85 g/L蔗糖为该远缘杂交种组培苗诱导成鳞茎的最适培养基,鳞茎平均直径达到10 mm;0.1 mg/L JA最有利于鳞茎的增大;0.5 mg/L ABA最适合鳞茎增大培养,ABA浓度越高鳞茎休眠越深。Distant hybrid of oriental lily 'Siberia'and Lilium×formolongi 'Sayaka'was cultured to find the best culture medium which can induce bulblets from tissue culture seedling of lily by means of orthogonal test method and further study different concentration of JA influence on the bulblets enlarged.The results showed that the MS+0.2 mg/L 6-BA+0.06 mg/L NAA+85 g/L.Sucrose was the best culture medium for inducing bulblets.Average bulblets diameter was 10 mm.The best concentration of JA for bulblets enlarged was 0.1 mg/L;The best concentration of ABA for bulblets enlarged was 0.5 mg/L and the ABA concentrations higher,and the dormancy deeper of bulb.
