铁皮石斛快速繁殖体系研究

摘　　要：以铁皮石斛愈伤组织为试材,比较培养基组分、植物激素种类、浓度及添加剂等对铁皮石斛增殖、壮苗及生根的影响。结果表明:愈伤组织增殖最适培养基为:MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;不定芽诱导的最适培养基:1/2MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;幼苗壮苗的最适培养基为:MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+香蕉汁30%;根诱导培养基:MS+IBA0.4 mg/L+NAA 0.3 mg/L。Using method of tissue culture,the effect of medium components,plant hormones and additive agents on callus propagation,seedling growth and root induction of Dendrobium candidum were studied.The results showed that the best culture medium for callus propagation was MS＋6-BA 3.0 mg/L＋NAA 0.1 mg/L,that the best for bud induction was 1/2MS＋6-BA 1.0 mg/L＋NAA 0.1 mg/L,that the best for seedling growth was MS＋6-BA 1.5 mg/L＋NAA 0.1 mg/L＋30%banana juice,and that the best for root induction was MS＋IBA 0.4 mg/L＋NAA 0.3 mg/L.
