摘　　要：目的优选竹节参中竹节参皂苷Ⅰb的提取工艺。方法采用正交实验法,以竹节参皂苷Ⅰb含量为指标,考察乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、回流时间和回流次数等因素对竹节参皂苷Ⅰb提取工艺的影响。结果最佳提取工艺为10倍量75%乙醇,回流3次,每次2h。结论优选的竹节参皂苷Ⅰb提取工艺可为新药研究和工业化生产提供参考。Objective To optimize the extraction process for chikusetsusaponinⅠb in Panax japonicus.Methods Based on the content of chikusetsusaponinⅠb,effects of alcohol concentration,solvent consumption,reflux time and refluxing frequency on the extraction of chikusetsusaponinⅠb was investigated by using orthogonal design.Results The optimum conditions for the extraction of chikusetsusaponinⅠb was using 10 times amount of 75% ethanol,refluxing for 3 times,and 2 hours once.Conclusion The optimized extraction process for chikusetsusaponinⅠb present the reference for new drug research and commercial process.
