八仙花插穗类型对扦插生根效果的影响

摘　　要：八仙花是颇具观赏价值的温室盆花和暖温带庭院花卉,但其花具不孕性,故生产上多进行扦插繁殖获得幼苗。本试验主要进行不同插穗类型对八仙花的扦插生根的影响的研究,经试验发现八仙花在25℃条件下,用半木质化枝条进行全叶插生根效果最好。Hydrangea macrophylla which has great ornamental value is a kind of greenhouse potted flower and temperate forest courtyard flower. The infertility results in cutting propagation to obtain seedlings. This experiment chiefly studies the influences of cutting types of Hydrangea macrophylla on the effect of rooting of cuttings. The result shows that Hydrangea macrophylla gets the best rooting rate at 25 ℃ by using semi-lignified shoots to make entire leaf cutting.
