综合疗法对神经根型颈椎病患者TNF-α的影响及其疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察综合疗法对神经根型颈椎病患者血浆肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的影响及其临床疗效。方法将80例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组(针刺、推拿结合药物组)、对照1组(针刺结合推拿组)、对照2组(针刺结合药物组)、对照3组(推拿结合药物组)各20例,比较各组治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效,并于治疗前后分别测定患者血浆TNF-α含量。结果治疗组临床疗效优于3个对照组,各组血浆TNF-α含量均降低,而治疗组降低更明显。结论综合疗法对神经根型颈椎病具有良好的临床疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical effect and the influence of comprehensive therapy on the level of TNF-α in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods：80 cases with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into the treatment group with combination of acupuncture,massage and drug,the 1st control group with acupuncture and massage,the 2nd control group with acupuncture and drug and the 3rd control group with massage and drug.The therapeutic effect and the TNF-αcontent were measured before and after treatment.Results：The curative effect of treatment group was better than other groups.Levels of the TNF-αwere decreased in all groups.However,the reduction of the TNF-αin the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group.Conclusion：Comprehensive therapy displays better therapeutic effects on patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
