摘　　要：介绍了广州昊天化学(集团)有限公司停产后企业生产系统物料的处理情况,通过成立停产领导小组,制定详细的处理方案,跟踪处理进度,定时召开进度工作会议,顺利完成了企业停产后生产系统物料的处理工作,为后续搬迁工作奠定了良好的基础。The materials handling in production system after stop production of Guangzhou Hao Tian Chemical（Group） Co.,Ltd.were introduced.Through the establishment of cut-off leadership team to develop a detailed treatment programs,track the progress,timing the progress of the work session,materials handling was successfully completed after company halted production systems,and a good foundation was laid for the subsequent work of relocation.
