IT能力与竞争优势关系研究——组织技术中介效应与环境不确定性调节效应

摘　　要：将组织技术作为中介变量,环境不确定性作为调节变量,研究了IT能力与竞争优势的关系。采用回归分析和结构方程模型方法对所提假设进行实证检验,样本来自于珠三角制造业企业381位中高层管理者。结果表明,IT能力直接影响竞争优势,其中IT基础资源和IT体系惯例对竞争优势影响显著,而IT关系资源没有影响;IT能力还通过组织技术的中介效应间接地正向影响竞争优势;环境不确定性的调节效应不显著,但对组织技术有驱动作用。Based on the postulated mediating effect of organizational technology and moderating effect of environmental uncertainty,this paper discuss the relationship between IT capability and competitive advantage.Regression analysis and structural equation model was used to test the hypotheses empirically based on the qualified examples of 381 middle and senior managers from the manufacturing enterprises in PRD.The results revealed that IT capability had a direct impact on competitive advantage,and IT capability＇s two dimensions,IT basic resources and IT system practice,significantly related to competitive advantage,but the rest one,IT relationship resources,not;IT capability also had an indirect impact on competitive advantage on competitive advantage through the mediating effect of organizational technology;The moderating effect of environmental uncertainty wasn＇t significant,but environmental uncertainty had an driving role to organizational technology.
