科研项目负责人特征与项目绩效的关系研究——基于科学基金面上项目的实证分析

摘　　要：通过从理论层面分析科研项目负责人相关特征与项目绩效的相互关系,选取418个国家自然科学基金面上项目作为实证样本,验证彼此之间的关系。研究结果表明:科研项目负责人年龄与项目绩效呈U型曲线关系;科研项目负责人职称对科研项目绩效有显著的正向影响;科研项目负责人出国留学经历、担任领导职务对项目绩效关系有显著的负向影响,而科研项目负责人学历和承担项目经历对项目绩效没有显著影响。From the theoretical level,analyzed the relationship of characteristics of scientific research project leader and project performance,and selected 418 NSFC＇s general project as empirical research samples to validate the relation.The results show that it has U shaped curve relationship on age of scientific research project leader and project performance;the professional title of scientific research project leader has the direct positive effect on project performance;the experience of studying abroad and leadership have the direct negative effect on project performance.In addition,it founded the qualification and experience of being charge with project has no effect on project performance.The conclusions can enrich and improve the theory of scientific research project management,and it also can provide theoretical guidance for founding scientific research project in practice.
