香枳和胃片治疗功能性消化不良临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察香枳和胃片治疗功能性消化不良的疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法将功能性消化不良患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予香枳和胃片,对照组服用莫沙必利片,4周为1个疗程,疗程结束后评价患者临床症状及生活质量改善情况。结果 105例患者中,有91例患者在治疗前有不同程度餐后饱胀感(86.7%),87例有早饱感(82.9%),70例有上腹疼痛感(66.7%),34例有上腹烧灼感(32.4%)。治疗组52例患者治疗后痊愈9例,显效14例,有效17例,无效12例,总有效率76.9%,上述主要症状积分值均显著下降(P<0.01)。Nepean消化不良指数治疗组由44.96下降至33.27(P<0.01),与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论香枳和胃片能有效改善功能性消化不良患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the efficacy of Xiangzhi Hewei tablets in treating functional dyspepsia and the impact of life quality. Methods Patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group was treated by Xiangzhi Hewei tablets, while control group treated by Mosapride for four weeks. The clinical symptoms and life quality were observed after the treatment. Results In 105 patients, 91 cases （86.7%） had postprandial fullness, 87 （82.9%） had early satiation, 70 （66.7%） had epigastric pain, and 34 （32.4%） had epigastric burning. In 52 patients of treatment group, and 9 cases were reeoveried, I4 cases were markedly effective, 17 cases were effective, 12 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 76.9%. The main symptom scores above were significantly decreased （P〈0.01）. Nepean dyspepsia index in the treatment group decreased from the 44.96 to 33.27 （P〈0.01）. There was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Xiangzhi Hewei tablets can improve the clinical symptoms and life quality of patients with functional dyspepsia.
