摘  要:目的建立连翘HPLC-UV指纹图谱,为科学评价与有效控制连翘药材质量提供新方法。方法以连翘酯苷为参照,采用HPLC-UV法测定10批山西及4批河南、陕西等地连翘药材,采用国家药典委员会颁布的中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A)进行评价,以相关度评价图谱的相似性,以共有峰与对照峰的比值对各产地连翘药材进行聚类分析。结果山西道地连翘高效液相色谱指纹图谱的相似度均较高,10批山西道地连翘药材可通过系统聚类归为一类,河南等地连翘药材聚为一类。结论建立了山西道地连翘药材指纹图谱共有模式。本方法可用于连翘药材质量评价。Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint analytical method and apply the reference for the quality control of Forsythia suspense. Methods Forsythoside A was used as inernal standard compound. By using the professional computer software named Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM (2004A), 10 habitats of Forsythia suspense from Shanxi and 4 habitats of Forsythia suspense from Henan and other provinces were analyzed by HPLC-UV. Samples was analyzed by cluster analysis based on the ratio of characteristic peaks and standard peak. Results The HPLC chromatographic fingerprinting of Forsythia suspense, showing 9 characteristic peaks, was established from 14 habitats of Forsythia suspense. The mutual mode of HPLC-UV fingerprints was set up, and the similarity to the crude drugs of different producing areas were compared. 10 samples were classified into one group based on systemetical cluster. Henan and other provinces were classified into one group. Conclusion The method can be applied for quality assessment of Forsythia suspense.
