摘　　要：通过对子午轮胎帘线用钢72A/82A生产研发,对各工序进行分析,优化基本生产工艺,找出帘线用钢72A/82A控制难点:对终点[C]的控制、脆性夹杂物Al2O3、TiN的控制、造CaO-SiO2系酸性渣、合理的精炼后的转吹工艺,能有效提高钢水纯净度、控制夹杂;优化连铸工艺参数,铸坯内部组织控制等要点加以改进,有效改善帘线钢坯内部组织等。满足子午轮胎钢帘线用钢72A/82A的质量要求。Through to the midnight and noon tire curtain line with the steel 72A/82A production research and development, carries on the analysis to various working procedures, the optimization basic technique of production, discovers the curtain line to control the difficulty with steel 72A/82A： After the end point [ C] control, brittle inclusion Al2O3, the TiN control, makes CaO-SiO2 is acid slag, the reasonable fining blows the craft softly, can enhance the molten steel purity effectively, the control mixture; The optimized continuous casting technological parameter, casts main points and so on semifinished product Underlying tissues control to improve, improves the curtain line billet Underlying tissues effectively and so on.
