移动手持设备上视频采集与传输系统的实现

摘　　要：自2008年诺基亚公司推出了旗下新款移动手持设备N810Internet Tablet后,目前国内外在该系列产品上的开发还尚属少数。近年来,视频采集和无线实时传输技术的不断成熟和完善,使得其在移动手持设备中的应用成为可能。因此,以消防灭火领域为背景,详细介绍了如何为N810搭建开发环境,以及N810程序开发的一般方法,并在此基础上实现了基于Ad hoc网络的视频采集及无线实时传输系统,解决了消防灭火领域中,火场指挥员由于缺乏对整个火灾现场情况的了解而不易进行现场指挥和调度这一难题。Since Nokia has introduced its new mobile handheld device N810 Internet Tablet in 2008,currently there are few products being developed at home and abroad based on this product series. In recent years,as continuously perfecting and growing up of real-time video capture and wireless transmission technology,it is possible to develop the applications in mobile handheld devices. Therefore,based on the field of fire fighting,in this paper we will introduce in detail how to build the development environment for N810,and introduce a general method for developing application programs in N810. Moreover,we have implemented a real-time video capture and wireless transmission system based on ad hoc network,which solves the problem that the supervisor is difficult to command and schedule on-site due to the lack of understanding of the entire situation of fire site.
