摘 要:在紫外光照射条件下对枫木漂白化学热磨机械浆(BCTMP)进行了加速返黄。研究了BCTMP在光诱导返黄过程中白度及返黄值(PC)的变化规律,利用FT-IR光谱分析了发色基团随光照时间的变化规律并揭示了BCT-MP返黄的主要原因。研究结果表明:随着光照时间的增加,BCTMP白度不断下降,PC值不断增加,但下降/增加的速率逐步降低。红外光谱1635 cm-1处羰基吸收峰加强,其相对吸收强度A1635/A1503与时间对数lgt呈线性增长关系,返黄过程中产生了大量羰基结构。PC值、色差(ΔE)与A1635/A1503均呈直线关系。羰基的产生是BCTMP返黄的主要原因,BCTMP返黄程度中羰基的变化可用A1635/A1503与lgt的变化规律来表征。The yellowing of Maple Bleached Chemical Thermal-Mechanical Pulp(BCTMP) was accelerated under UV irradiation.The changes of brightness and post colour numbers(PC) of BCTMP were studied in light-induced yellowing process.The changes of chromophore with the illumination time were analysed using FT-IR spectra and the main reasons of yellowing were revealed.The results showed that the brightness of BCTMP continously decreased with increasing illumination time,while PC increased.But the decreasing/increasing rates slowed down gradually.IR spectra of the yellowed pulps showed increased absorption at 1635cm-1of carbonyl,the relative absorption intensity A1635/A1503 increases linearly with lgt.Yellowing of BCTMP caused the generation of carbonyl groups.PC,as well as color difference(ΔE),showed a linear relationship with A1635/A1503.These results suggested that formation of carbonyl at 1635cm-1 in IR spectra was the main reason for the yellowing of BCTMP,and the variation of carbonyl could be characterized by the relationship between A1635/A1503 and lgt.
