用PAC预处理浆料来降低生产成本的实验与分析

摘　　要：用聚合氯化铝(PAC)对脱墨浆和化机浆进行预处理,并将几种浆料混合配浆后,用PAC进行处理,减少浆料中阴离子垃圾,降低电荷和浊度。提高湿部阳离子助剂使用效果的同时,提高单程留着率,降低网下白水浓度,提高成纸灰分,降低生产成本。Polyaluminum chloride（PAC） was used to pretreat deinked pulp and chemimechanical pulp as well as to treat the furnish of mixed pulps.The results indicated that PAC treatment could reduce anionic trash in pulps,lower charge and turbidity,improve the effect of wet end cationic additives,increase single pass retention,decrease white water concentration of wire part,increase ash content of paper and reduce production cost.
