摘 要:瓦楞纸板粘合强度是瓦楞纸板层间结合强度的一项重要指标,其测试方法一直存在争议,本文分析了GB/T 6548-1998与美国标准、日本标准的异同点,从粘合强度的定义及结果表示、附件(剥离架)技术参数、试样尺寸、试样测试数量等几个方面,阐述了修订GB/T 6548-1998的依据,指出新修订的瓦楞纸板粘合强度测定方法国家标准在技术内容方面优化并参照采用了美国和日本标准,比国外先进标准更具有可操作性。强调需注意不同测试方法的测试结果存在换算系数。Ply adhesion strength is an important indictor to measure the bonding property and strength of the corrugated fiberboard.However,the previous test method for ply adhesion strength has always been criticized and complaint about for some important defects.This article compared the previous 1998 national standard with the related standards from the US and Japan,and with the new revision one.Base on the comparison,it elaborated in detail the scientific base for the new revision including the aspect of the precise definition of adhesion strength,the report format,the technical specification for the pin adhesion attachment,specimen size and test times.The new revision made several references based on some technical contents of the American and Japan standards,but it made general improvement in the sense that the new revision has more operation-ability in practice compared to the standards of foreign countries.Finally,it has to be pointed out that the results from different test methods should be transferred to each other with the converting coefficients.
