摘　　要：应用专利索引数据库的族内专利三阶段分布规律,能够比较准确地把握一项新技术范式的发展处于哪一个阶段,这对企业抓住技术创新的时机具有重大的指导意义。而利用专利引文索引数据库,通过寻找种子专利的分析方法,为企业选择技术创新的发展方向,紧跟行业的主流技术范式,提供了决定性的参考价值。By means of distributing rule of patents inside the cluster of database of Patents Index,enterprise can grasp the phase in which new technology paradigms develop,which is of great significance for enterprise to choose some occasions of technology-innovation.With the database of Patents Citation Index,we also can find seed patent,which provides decisive references for enterprises to choose a good direction of technology-innovation and run after mainstream of new technology paradigms.
