摘　　要：从审批程序、过程监管、公众知情三个角度对美国2009年"关于特定转基因生物进口、州际转移以及环境释放"安全引入法规修订进行较为全面的总结和分析,研究了美国该法规的修订对我国转基因生物安全管理的影响并提出若干建议。From the viewpoints of approval process,process monitoring,and public right to know,this paper conducts comprehensive summary and analysis of the rules amendment upon the safety of ＂importation,interstate movement,and release into the environment of certain genetically engineered organisms＂ introduced into the U.S.in 2009,and researches its impact and enlightenment on the transgenic biological safety of China.
