摘　　要：界定了企业知识产权产品及其竞争力的内涵,构建了由企业知识产权产品研发能力、创利能力、企业品牌影响力及企业知识产权实力等4个方面1、4个指标组成的企业知识产权产品竞争力评价指标体系,并运用模糊评价法与层次分析集成法进行了实证研究,提出了提升江苏企业知识产权产品竞争力的对策建议。Based on defining the connotation of intellectual property（IP） products and their competitiveness,this paper builds an index system of the large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Jiangsu Province for evaluating the competitiveness of enterprises IP products which is composed of 14 indexes concerning four aspects as the research and development capabilities,profitability,brand influence power and strength of IP.Then we use the fuzzy evaluation method and AHP to do the empirical research,and put forward some countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness for intellectual property products in Jiangsu enterprises.
