摘  要:结合重介质旋流器的工作原理,从流体流动规律的研究着手,在传统三产品旋流器结构基础上,建立了新型三产品旋流器的试验模型;在试验和数值模拟的基础上,设计了一段略带锥度的新型三产品旋流器。通过对比,得出:与传统三产品旋流器相比,新型三产品旋流器分选精度更高,处理量更大,在达到同等分选效果的条件下,更节能,内部流场更稳定,分选精度更高,对高含矸难选煤具有更强的适应性。该新型三产品旋流器在内蒙古庆华集团百灵选煤厂的实际应用也证明了这一点。Following the operation principle of dense medium cyclone, and study on the law of flow of fluid,based on the traditional three - product dense medium cyclone,established the test model of new type three - product dense medium cyclone;designed the cyclone that has a little cone in its first section. Through compared with traditional cyclone,the new type three -product dense medium cyclone has a better separation precision and higher treatment capacity,and more energy - saving,inner flow field more stable with high separation precision at the same separation performance,especially it is suit to separate high ash content difficult - to - wash coal.This advantage of new cyclone also proved by its operation in Bailing coal preparation plant of Qinghua coal mining group.
