摘 要:针对细粒级含量高的高灰难选煤泥,为考察<0.074mm粒级微细粒的浮选选择性情况,对细粒煤泥进行了红外光谱分析、分步释放试验分析及浮选速度分析,并对不同细泥含量的煤泥进行了浮选试验。试验结果表明:细泥在浮选过程中对精煤质量产生了很大影响,细泥含量越大,其可燃体回收率越低,且精煤灰分越高,分析认为细粒煤质量小、尺寸小、捕收剂分散性差是造成细泥选择性差的主要原因。To counter the difficult to separation coal slime that with high ash and high fine particle size content,and research the flotation selectivity of<0.074 mm fine slime,the infrared spectrographic analysis,stepped release analysis and flotation peed analysis was done on the fine slime,and flotation tests conducted on slime with different fine mud content.Test result shows that;during the flotation process,the fine mud has great effect on quality of clean coal,with the fine mud content increased,the combustible material recovery is decreased,and high ash content in clean coal.It is concluded that the main reason of poor selectivity of fine slime were little mass,small size fraction and poor disperse ability of collect agent.
