摘  要:利用LED光效高、功耗低的特点,采用光伏电池供电,设计出一款LED交通信号灯。分析交通信号灯的技术要求和LED交通灯的实现方法,深入研究LED光源几种连接方式的优缺点,确定以串并混联方式作为LED信号灯的连接方式,完成LED信号灯灯头的设计,采用RS 485总线实现中心控制器与四个方向单元控制器的通信,设计了硬件电路,编写了控制程序。实验表明,该系统能够满足交通信号灯的功能要求。According to the high luminous efficiency and low power consumption characteristics of LED, a LED traffic light system powered with photovoltaic battery was designed. The technical requirements and the implementation of LED traffic lights are analyzed. The merits and demerits of several connection modes of LED light source are investigated. Based on the research, the holder of LED traffic light is designed, and the series-parallel connection mode is determined as a ideal one. The communication between the main controller and slave controllers of the four directions is carried out by RS 485 bus. The hardware circuit was designed and the control program was written. The experiments demonstrate that the system mentioned above can meet the functional requirements of traffic lights.
