摘　　要：针对刚刚开始职业生涯的高校青年教师,指出其成长和发展中存在的主要问题,并对问题的解决思路和策略做了初步探讨,指出明确目标、转变心态、在保证教学的前提下搞好科研,通过培训增长才干,扎实做学问,创新求发展是青年教师快速成长的切实途径。Aimed at young teachers of college and universities,the main problems of their career development are pointed out.The solving methods and tactics are analyzed.The feasible approaches for young teachers are possessing a clear and definite goal,having a good state of mind,making a good job of scientific research under the premise of good teaching,increasing the capability by means of various training,and making innovation.
