摘 要:为又好又快实现大规模高标准铁路建设目标,铁道部党组适时提出了和谐铁路建设目标任务,2008年进一步对铁路建设提出了质量、安全、工期、投资效益、环境保护、技术创新"六位一体"管理要求,为铁路建设工作指明了方向.在决策过程中,为了提高资源利用效率,往往需要进行多方案比选.为了最大程度地满足六项目标要求,本文拟引入模糊层次分析法分析六项目标的权重,进而进行多目标决策,为铁路项目管理决策提供依据.To realize the construction object of railways with a largescale and high standard fast and well,the Party organization of the Ministry of Railways timely proposed the task of harmonious railway construction.In 2008,they further proposed the management requirement of "Six in One" for the railway construction,which included quality,safety,construction period,investment benefit,environmental protection and technological innovation.It points the path for railway construction.During the process of decision-making,we usually need to compare and select from multiple schemes to improve the usage of recourses.To realize the aim of "Six in One",this article introduces Fuzzy AHP to analyze the weights of six targets so as to make multi-objective decision.So this article can provide foundation for the administrative decision of railway projects.
