摘　　要：根据嵌入式网络终端的特点及VOIP技术原理,设计了一款基于WinCE的嵌入式语音传输系统。此系统实现了嵌入式网络终端之间的语音通信,以及网络终端和PC机之间的语音通信功能,具有较强的可扩展性。According to the characteristics of embedded network terminals and the VOIP technical theory, an emdeded voice transmission system is designed based on WinCE. The system achieves communication not only between embedded network terminals but also between embedded network terminal and personal computer, showing good expansibility
