摘 要:研究了PDM和TAIC两种助硫化剂对共混胶性能的影响。实验结果表明,随着TAIC用量的增加,共混胶的硫化速度和硫化程度先增加后减小;随着PDM用量的增加,共混胶的硫化速度变化不大,说明PDM反应不是很剧烈,但交联程度是一直增加的。随着硫化助剂用量增加,TAIC共混胶的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度均大于PDM共混胶,而压缩永久变形的变化率正好相反。老化后共混胶的硬度、拉伸强度和100%定伸应力均增加,但是拉断伸长率降低。说明在老化过程中胶料发生了二次硫化现象,交联程度进一步完善,交联网络的分布更加均匀,交联密度进一步增加。用平衡溶胀法测试共混物的交联密度,表明TAIC共混胶的交联程度大于PDM共混胶。The effect of two kinds of additives(PDM,TAIC)on the properties of EPDM/MVQ blends was investigated.The experimental results showed that the vulcanization rate and curing degree were first increased and then decreased with the increasing of the content of TAIC,while the curing rate changed little with the increasing of the content of PDM.It showed that the reaction was not severe and the crosslinking degree was always increased.The tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength of TAIC were higher than those of PDM while the compression set was opposited.The hardness,tensile strength and modulus at 100% were increased after aging while the elongation at break decreased,it indicated that the second vulcanized reaction was occured and the crosslinking degree was more perfected,the distribution of crosslinking network was more uniform and crosslinking density was further increased.The equilibrium swelling method showed that the crosslinking degree of TAIC was higher than that of PDM.
