摘　　要：我国职务犯罪侦查权监督制约制度强调内部监督,而外部监督制约十分薄弱。由于内部监督效果不理想,检察机关在行使职务犯罪侦查权的过程中存在较为严重的权力虚置和权力滥用现象。我国应当完善职务犯罪侦查权监督制约制度,强化当事人、法院和人民监督员对职务犯罪侦查权的监督制约。同时,加强上级检察机关对下级检察机关侦查工作的监督。The supervision system of investigation power of duty crimes exercised by the procuratorial organ in China emphasizes interior supervision and disregards the external supervision.The interior supervision can＇t work well,as a result,the investigation power of duty crimes is always misused.It＇s needed to strengthen the external supervision from the interested parties,the court and the People Supervisors to the procuratorial organ to consummate the supervision system of investigation power of duty crimes.Also,it＇s needed to strengthen the investigation supervision from superior procuratorial organ to subordinate procuratorial organ.
