摘  要:目的:为了对电损伤修复等进行系统和深入的研究,建立一个以非热为主、高压电损伤组织进行性坏死的系列模型;材料和方法:自行设计电击系统一套,新西兰大白兔75只,预实验45只,包括极板大小、击伤时间、间隔时间和损伤程度筛选,和30只5组标准模型的研究。采用临床解剖探查、深烧伤指数(IDBI)分型、TC-99m-DMP同位素扫描γ照相等方法进行研究。结果:损伤场强17000伏/m,电击时间以1msec为单位,间隔20秒。电流强度554mA,平均电流密度小极板下137mA/cm2,大极板下21mA/cm2。组织温度平均升高1.73℃,产生的轻、中、重、特重和毁损5个模型,早期没有肉眼可见的皮肤坏死。重度以上3个模型分别在伤后12d,7d,5d,伤肢坏死丧失。结论:这组系列模型具有临床的典型性和实验研究的实用性。Objective: To establish a series of models with nonthermal high voltage electrical injury, nonvisible skinnecrosis, and progress tissue necrosis for a systematic and further study of reconstruction in electrical injury.Metierals and methods: A system of device for electrical injury was designed,Seventy five of New Zealand rabitsincluding 45 rabbits that was for choise of the size of electrode - boad, injury pulse duration, interval between twoinjuries and injury extents,rest 30 rabbits was for those models from the slight to lost,that were studied usingvivisection, Index of Deep Burn Injury (IDBI ), and TC-99m MDP. Result: The electric field strength is17000V/m, pulse duration is 1 msec/each injyuy, interval between two injuries is 20 msec, meam current intensi0ty is 554mA, average current density is 137 mA/cm2 in small electrode and 21 mA/cm2 in big one, average temperature in muscle tissues rise 1. 73℃ during the injury process. Five models in including slight, medial, severe,extra severe and destroied were developed with nonvisible skin necrosis in the early period of the injury. And theinjury limbes of the last 3 models lost in 12th,days .7th days.5th.days repectively. Conclusion: The investigation suggested that the modeles are similar to the clinic and usefull for the further studies of reconstruction etc. in the inJures.
