摘　　要：我国建设工程项目实行工程量清单计价后,承包商在投标阶段正确运用工程量清单寻求合理报价。在合同签订时进行必要的充分准备;以及施工中的严格工程清单管理等索赔准备是承包商获得索赔的重要环节。It studies that after conducting bill of quantities of the construction project in our country,how contractors apply the bill of quantities correctly to quote reasonably on the stage of bidding;how they prepare adequately at the time the contract is made;and how they claim in time and logically in construction.Then,it can achieve a win-win situation for contractors and proprietors.
