提升湖南食品产业集群竞争力的发展战略目标及对策

摘　　要：湖南是我国的农业大省,也是食品工业的原料大省,坐拥得天独厚的资源条件,却没有培育出与之相匹配的食品加工产业,与发达省份比差距仍在拉大,其中最主要的原因就是湖南食品加工业与湖南优势农业资源联系脱节,湖南食品工业产业集群发展相对滞后,其结果严重阻碍了湖南由农业大省向农业强省和农产品加工业强省转变这一目标的实现。为此,文章特地提出提升湖南食品产业集群竞争力的具体发展战略目标及其对策。Hunan is China＇s major agricultural province and a major province of raw materials to supply the food industry.It is rich in agriculture resources,but has no matching food processing industry and the gap is still widening to the well-developed provinces.The most important reason is that the advantage of agricultural resources is out of line with the food processing industry in Hunan province and the development of Hunan food industrial cluster lags behind,hampering the development of the food industry and Hunan＇s economy seriously.This article specially puts forwards some specific developmental strategic targets and countermeasures that can promote the market competence of Hunan food industry cluster.
