高等职业院校护理专业实训室开放管理工作的实践与探索

摘　　要：高职院校的实训室是组织实践教学、强化技能培养、实现人才培养目标的重要基地。开放的实训室管理理念是管理改革的有效途径,建立完善实训室规章制度是实施管理的前提。实践证明,开放实训室管理可以有效提高护生操作技能并有助于提升实训教学资源的利用率。Establishing and perfecting the rules and regulations of the training room is the prerequisite of implementing management. The management outlook of an open training room is an effective way to reform management and it is an important guarantee to improve the nursing student＇s skills effectively.
