摘　　要：张介安从脾论治儿科疾病,主张重扶中土,四旁诸疾治中州,倡导扶脾升清生胃津,畅达气机健脾胃。Zhang Jiean paid attention to regulate function of spleen and stomach in treating children＇s diseases.He advocated to strength and regulate spleen when the body suffered from various diseases,and proposed spleen to complete the function of promoting clear and help stomach to grow the cream,health spleen and stomach by regulating functional activity.
