抗支口服液对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘肺功能和血清中IgE的影响

摘　　要：目的观察抗支口服液对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘肺功能和血清中IgE的影响。方法按随机分组、平行对照的原则,将120例入选患儿以2∶1∶1比例分为治疗组、中药对照组、西药对照组。治疗组给予抗支口服液,中药对照组给予小儿治哮灵片,西药对照组给予顺尔宁。3组均治疗1月后,观察治疗前后肺功能和血清中IgE的变化。结果综合疗效比较治疗组优于中药对照组和西药对照组(P<0.05),在改善肺功能(FEF25、FEF50、FEF75)及血清中IgE水平方面也明显优于中药对照组和西药对照组(P<0.05)。结论抗支口服液可明显改善小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘肺功能和血清中IgE水平。Objective To observe the effect of Kangzhi Oral Liquid in treatment of cough variant asthma（CVA） in children＇s pulmonary function and serum IgE.Methods 120 patients with CAV were radomly divided into three groups with the ratio of 2：1：1.Patients in treatment group were treated by Kangzhi Oral Liquid,Zhixiaoling Tablet were given in the control group of Chinese medicine,Patients in the control group of Western medicine were treated by Shunerning.The effects were observed after a month.Observed the pulmonary function and serum IgE before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group were superior to those in control groups（P〈0.05）.The treatment group was obviously better than control groups in improving pulmonary function （FEF25,FEF50,FEF75） and serum IgE.Conclusion Kangzhi Oral Liquid can obviously improve pulmonary function and serum IgE in children CVA.
