2009年太原市传染病医院疾病疫情分析

摘　　要：目的分析2009年太原市传染病医院各种传染病的疫情特点,对常见传染病的防治策略提出相关建议。方法对2006年至2009年本院各种疾病住院人数及病种进行回顾性统计分析,阐述2009年各种传染病疫情变化。结果 2009年各型肝炎及肝硬化仍然高居本院住院病种的首位;住院患者数较以往明显增高的疾病有布鲁菌病、手足口病;住院患者数较以往明显降低的疾病有麻疹;发病趋势较以往持衡的传染病有流行性腮腺炎、猩红热、水痘、风疹及细菌性痢疾;2009年新发传染病有甲型H1N1流感。结论太原市传染病医院2009年住院患者数排名前十位的疾病是肝病、手足口病、水痘、细菌性痢疾、猩红热、麻疹、流行性腮腺炎、布鲁菌病、甲型H1N1流感及疑似甲型流感和风疹。病毒性肝炎、肝硬化仍然是威胁人类健康的主要传染病;而呼吸道其他传染病如流行性腮腺炎等作为常见传染病始终威胁着人们的健康。Objective To analyze the epidemic situation characteristics of infectious diseases in Taiyuan Infectious Diseases Hospital in 2009 and provide prevention and treatment strategies for common infectious diseases.Methods The number of inpatients and diseases kinds in our hospital from 2006 to 2009 were analyzed retrospectively,so as to obtain the epidemic situation changes of various infectious diseases in 2009.Results Viral hepatitis and liver cirrhosis were still the major hospitalized diseases in 2009.The number of inpatients with hand-foot and mouth disease（HFMD）and brucellosis were significantly higher than before;the number of inpatients with measles was lower;while the number of inpatients with infectious disease inculding mumps,scarlet fever,chicken pox,rubella and bacillary dysentery had no changes.H1N1 influenza was the new infectious disease in 2009.Conclusions The top ten infectious diseases in Taiyuan Infectious Diseases Hospital including liver diseases,HFMD,chickenpox,bacterial dysentery,scarlet,hives,mumps,investigation,influenza pandemic and suspected armour H1N1 and rubella.Viral hepatitis and liver cirrhosis are still the main infectious diseases threatening to people＇s health;other respiratory infectious diseases such as common mumps also threaten people＇s health.
