摘 要:利用DTA-TGA分析及烧成实验2种方法确定不同配比物料制陶瓷砖的最佳烧成温度及烧成范围,并对结果进行了比较;测定了不同配比物料在各自最佳烧成温度下烧成所得制品的性能及浸出毒性。结果表明:DTA-TGA分析所得烧成温度略高于实际烧成温度;飞灰掺加量的增加有利于降低陶瓷砖的烧成温度,当掺加量为10%、20%和30%时,制品最佳烧成温度分别为1 132、1 031和985℃;各配比物料在各自最佳烧成温度下烧成的制品均达MU20强度等级,满足抗风化的要求,制品浸出毒性远低于危险废物浸出毒性鉴别标准。In this study,the optimum sintering temperature and firing temperature range of ceramic bricks were determined by both DTA-TGA analysis and firing experiment,and results were compared.Performance and leaching toxicity were analyzed on ceramic bricks made in accordance with different ratios of materials and fired at their optimum firing temperatures.The result showed that firing temperature derived from DTA-TGA analysis was slightly over that derived from firing experiment.Addition of MSWI(municipal solid waste incineration) fly ash was conducive to reduction of the optimum firing temperatures which were 1 132、1 031 and 985℃,respectively for ceramic bricks with fly ash addition registering at 10%,20% and 30%.The bricks reached MU20 degree in terms of compressive strength and met requirements for weathering resistance.In addition,leaching toxicity of the ceramics was far below that for hazardous wastes.
