顶空气相色谱法在中药研究中的应用

摘　　要：顶空气相色谱法作为测定样品中痕量易挥发化合物的重要分析方法,近年来应用日渐广泛,发展前景广阔。文章综述了顶空气相色谱分析方法的工作原理及其在中药研究领域中的应用,认为该方法简便、准确,灵敏度高,在药品质量控制上具有可操作性。Headspace gas chromatography（HS-GC） methodology was designed for analysis of volatile components with trace quantity in samples.As an important analytical method HS-GC is developing fast and is applied in many researching fields.In this article the application and principles of HS-GC in Chinese medicine research field was reviewed.HS-GC is a simple,accurate,high sensitivity analytical method and it will do well in pharmaceutical quality control in the operable.
