摘  要:目的了解大学生在甲型H1N1流感流行初期对甲型H1N1流感防治知识的知晓情况。方法整群抽取温州医学院临床医学、中医学、预防医学、公共管理等专业一~四年级的学生,由经过统一培训的调查人员利用自制的调查表进行调查。结果大学生甲型H1N1流感防治知识得分平均为(17.35±3.47)分(满分25分),女生高于男生(P<0.001);预防医学学生得分高于其他专业学生(P=0.003);有心理疾病的学生得分低于健康或有躯体疾病学生(P<0.001)。结论大学生对甲型H1N1流感防治知识掌握不够全面,总平均得分一般,需要加强甲型H1N1流感的有关知识教育。Objective To understand the situation of prevention and treatment knowledge about novel influenza A(H1N1) at the beginning period among college students at a university.Methods By a cluster random sampling method,Grade 1~4 undergraduate medical students from specialties of clinical medicine,traditional Chinese medicine and public administration, etc,of Wenzhou Medical College were randomly enrolled,and investigated by trained investigators using a unified self-made questionnaire.Results The mean scores of the prevention and treatment knowledge of novel influenza A(H1N1) among college students was 17.35±3.47(full scores were 25),female students' scores were higher than male students(P〈0.001);students of prevention medicine specialty had a higher score than students of other specialties(P=0.003);students with psychological diseases had a lower score than healthy students or students with somatic diseases(P〈0.001).Conclusions College students have a limited understanding of the prevention and treatment knowledge about novel influenza A(H1N1),the overall average scores was in general;they need a further related knowledge education and psychological guidance.
