摘　　要：目的描述大连市2004年申请企业医疗保险补助人员高血压合并糖尿病并发症的流行病学特征,为制定慢性病防控及医疗保险补助政策提供依据。方法在大连市2004年申请企业医疗保险补助的检诊合格人群中,抽取全部4 158例高血压合并糖尿病病人作为研究对象,将其检查结果录入数据库。采用SPSS11.5软件进行统计分析。结果并发冠心病、视网膜病变和脑卒中的比例都有随年龄增高而增加的趋势,而并发肾病者在低年龄组人群中占的比例较高;女性并发冠心病、视网膜病变的比例较男性高,分别是82.3%和82.4%。而男性并发脑卒中的比例较女性高,为25.9%。结论高年龄段的患者应以预防和控制冠心病、视网膜病变和脑卒中为主,低年龄段应以预防和控制肾病为主;女性应重点预防和控制冠心病和视网膜病变,男性应重点预防和控制脑卒中。Objective To investigate the epidemiologic feature of hypertension and diabetes of the people who have applied for enterprise medical insurance pensions in Dalian,to provide scientific evidence to formulate medical care assurance measure for chronic disease.Methods 4 158 people with hypertension and diabetes who have applied for enterprose medical insurance were investigated,their clinical data and results of health examination were analyzed by SPSS 11.5.Results The prevalence of coronary artery disease,stroke,retinopathy were increased with age,while kidney disease had a higher prevalence among younger people;female demonstrated a higher prevalence of coronary artery disease（82.3%） and retinopathy disease（82.4%）,while there was a higher prevalence of stoke among male（25.9%）.Conclusions Older people with hyertension and diabetes should pay more attention to coronary artery disease,stroke and retinopathy,while younger people should pay more attention to kidney disease.Also,more attention should be paid for coronary artery disease and retinopathy for female,and stroke for male.
