特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)用于中国军人心理应激调查的信度与效度评价

摘　　要：目的寻找适合军人使用的应对问卷,探讨特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)用于中国军人心理应激调查测量的可能性。方法采用横断面研究,使用特质应对方式问卷对新疆地区336名军人的心理控制能力进行问卷调查测定,分析其信度、效度。结果修订后的应对问卷包括积极应对(PC)和消极应对(NC)2个维度,20个条目。本次研究中,特质应对方式问卷的总分半信度为0.115,问卷中的消极应对和积极应对2个维度的分半信度分别为0.803、0.652;消极应对和积极应对2个维度的同质性信度分别为0.834、0.665,满足群组比较的要求。因子分析产生的2个公因子与理论结构基本一致,结构效度的累积方差贡献为48.77%。结论为特质应对方式问卷适用于中国军人的心理应激调查提供了一定的科学证据。Objective To find a coping questionnaire suitable for army population and to study the possibility of measuring the psychological stress for Chinese soldier by the trait coping style questionnaire（TCSQ）.Methods Using cross-sectional study,the trait coping styles in 336 Chinese soldiers was measured simultaneously by the trait coping style questionnaire（TCSQ）.And the validity and reliability were analyzed.Results The TCSQ questionnaire was divided into two factors： positive coping（PC） and negative coping（NC）,containing 20 items.In the study,the split-half reliability of the TCSQ scale was 0.115.The split-half reliability of the PC and NC were 0.652 and 0.803,respectively.The Cronbach＇s α coefficient of internal consistency reliability of the PC and NC were 0.665 and 0.834,respectively.That was satisfactory for group comparison.The correlations between an item and its hypothesized scale were identical for all scales.The two common factors from factorial analysis were in accordance with their theoretical structure,and the cumulative contribution rate was 48.77%.Conclusions The TCSQ has achieved equivalence well enough to warrant wide use in Chinese soldier.
